REVANG PLOT! It’s Over! Carter & Ridge And Hope Drops Breaking News! It will shock you!
Will might decide to keep his doubts to himself and embark on the lookout for proof without Electra’s awareness. Since Remy acquired the flat upstairs at Il Giordino, maybe the show granted him that for a reason.
Will might decide to do some research and break into Remy’s apartment at some moment. He could seek evidence that Remy was behind the photo controversy and try to prove to Electra that Remy isn’t such a nice guy. Unfortunately, that could lead to Will getting busted during the hunt and being set on full blast by Electra.
Since Electra trusts Remy, she may not be delighted over Will behaving like her old companion is a villain—at least until The Bold and the Beautiful (BNB) is ready to let Will be proven accurate. Our forecasts point to Remy’s dangerous side coming out to play down the road, so remain tuned for updates on any disturbing news ahead.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers claim Will and Remy seem prepared to become serious rivals, so don’t miss all the simmering turmoil.
Ridge Confronts Carter Forcefully and Offers an Ultimatum
Meanwhile, Hope flips over Brooke’s betrayal. Justin analyzes the LLC papers at Forrester to be confident Carter is trying a quick one. He looks closer for a moment and exclaims, “Some friend!”
As Brooke and Ridge open a path, Ridge appreciates her bringing this forth for him. Of course, Brooke answers she wouldn’t let him hand over her firm. Ridge says this will never hold water in court. He believes his two-faced colleague will cheat his way out of the corporation and is aiming to slip into power.
Justin wishes to take a copy with him so he can confer with a colleague. Ridge asks, “You can fix this, right?” Justin points out the CEO’s signed off on this.
“The point is,” Ridge bellows, “they signed not knowing what they signed!”
Justin will see what he can do but warns this may be a bit more serious than Ridge believes. Ridge is sure he will unearth the loophole. Once he does, he promises, this betrayal ends.
Brooke Feels It’s Inexcusable
Brooke calls it inexcusable—not just from Carter, but from Hope. She feels Ridge needs to understand that this all began with a mistake. Steffy rushed to conclusions and fired her daughter. Brooke isn’t seeking to justify what they’re doing, but she wants to resolve it in a peaceful manner.
Ridge, however, is determined to resolve it right now.
Carter Prepares for Ridge’s Wrath
In Hope’s cabin, she informs Carter, “This is for the sake of the company.” Carter admits Ridge won’t view it that way. He’d be dishonest if he didn’t say he’s fearing what’s to come.
As Carter is dressing, he receives a text from Ridge, who wants to meet him. Hope wonders if Ridge has revised his mind and might be contemplating her plan to reinstall Hope for the Future. Carter would be happy not to have to ditch his pal.
The Office Showdown
At Forrester, Ridge says to Brooke, “Now I wait for the traitor.”
Brooke tells him she shared all of this in secrecy. Ridge worries Carter has lost his perspective. He never dreamed he would see him make a career-ending move like this.
“That’s what this is,” Ridge declares. “A takeover attempt—it finishes tonight.”
Hope’s Confidence in Carter
In the cabin, Hope gushes about Carter’s fantastic ideas. She believes Ridge might give him a shot. If Ridge decides to bring her back, she will owe it all to Carter.
Her lover assures her he won’t back down. “You’ll have my backing till the finale—whatever it is,” he promises. She kisses him goodbye and wishes him luck.
The Confrontation Builds
At Forrester, Ridge paces while waiting for Carter. He flashes back to the day Carter was made COO and to some of their fantastic encounters. We are family, he recalls saying.
Meanwhile, Brooke enters the cottage and confronts Hope. “How are you?” Brooke asks.
“I’m fine,” Hope replies, explaining that Carter was there but got a text from Ridge wanting to see him. She hopes it’s good news.
Brooke responds, “Well, I can tell you, I know.”
Hope grins. “You do?”
They establish that Brooke was with Ridge. Hope asks why Ridge wanted to visit Carter. Brooke replies, “Why wouldn’t he? He’s his COO and trusted best buddy.”
Brooke studies Hope carefully, thinking she seems pretty distracted.
“I was hoping that you would tell me yourself. I overheard you and Carter,” Hope says.
“You overheard us?” Brooke exclaims, explaining that she was about to come in when she overheard them talking about a coup to take over Forrester Creations.
At Forrester Creations
Carter arrives in the main office, and Ridge is seated with his back to him.
In a stern tone, Ridge says, “Close the door.”
Ridge asks how Carter is doing and whether he has something to tell him. Turning around, Ridge adds, “No? Well, I have something to tell you. I know. I know what you’re doing. I know what you’re up to.”
Ridge queries Carter, “Did it ever occur to you that she’s just using you?”
“Who?” Carter asks.
“Hope,” Ridge replies. He reveals that he knows about the papers and accuses Carter of attempting to grab authority over Steffy and him—all for Hope.
“You didn’t think I’d find out?” Ridge continues.
Carter asks how Ridge discovered the plan.
Ridge retorts, “I’ll trade you a ‘how’ for a ‘why.’ I saw your name on the paper. You must have been panicking, but there was no need for that because I trusted you—totally. Not because you’re my COO, but because you’re my greatest friend in the world. And you stabbed me in the back!”
At the Cabin
Hope realizes Brooke overheard her and Carter, leading her to alert Ridge.
“Mom, what are you doing? You should have communicated to me first,” Hope says.
Brooke wails, “Why? So I could be a part of your plan? No! What were you thinking?”
Hope complains that she and Carter were being mistreated at Forrester. They gave Ridge and Steffy every opportunity, but they wouldn’t heed them.
Brooke argues, “That doesn’t excuse a revolt.”
Hope worries about what Carter is stepping into. “What will Ridge say or do now that he knows the truth? My God,” she says.
Back at Forrester
Ridge asks Carter, “Did you truly feel you’d get away with this—signing the corporation over to you? I’m not bothered about the documentation—that’s child’s play. What I’m concerned about is why you’d do this to me.
“Because we passed on your big idea? We’re a fashion house, and we wanted to remain a fashion house. That’s all. Or was it because Steffy was mean to your new girlfriend? How’d that make you feel—sad? Furious? Betrayed?”
Ridge continues, “I made you COO because I always knew you’d do right by me, the company, and the family. The family that’s always been there for you and embraced you.
“And this is how you thank them? By linking up with Hope? By battling her cause?”
Carter defends himself, saying, “It’s a cause worth fighting for.”
Ridge pushes his chair back and hollers, “There’s nothing worthy about any of this! What happened to you? I know what happened to you—Hope happened to you. The same way she happened to Liam and to Thomas, because that’s what she does!”
Carter turns his head, but Ridge bellows, “Look at me! She gets her hooks into you. She shapes you. She woos you until you admire her so much you can’t breathe. And then she drives you away.
“You stabbed your friend and brother in the back. For what? For Hope!”
