Crew Morrow OUT? Leaving B&B for a Major Role in a New Thriller!

Big things are ahead for The Bold and the Beautiful‘s rising star, KW Morrow, as he’s landed a role in an exciting new thriller!

But what does this mean for his future on B&B? Could this be the end of his soap opera journey, or is he pulling double duty? Let’s find out right away.

Hey everyone, welcome to Tren Street!

Ever since Crew Morrow joined The Bold and the Beautiful as Will Spencer, he’s been proving he’s much more than just the new kid on the block. This rising star has shown he’s got the charisma and talent to shine on his own, and it’s clear he’s inherited more than just his good looks from his dad, Y&R star Joshua Morrow.

Making his soap debut back in August, Crew has quickly become a scene-stealer, winning over fans and cementing himself as one of the most promising young stars in daytime television.

Before B&B

Crew was a bit of a newcomer with just a couple of credits under his belt. He had small roles in Continental Split and 24 Hours to D-Day, which were nice stepping stones. But now? Oh, he’s stepping way up!

The young talent just snagged his biggest role yet—a major part in an upcoming thriller. Yep, Crew is set to co-star in Wild Cards, a legal thriller from filmmaker Wes Miller, and it’s shaping up to be a game-changer for him.

This is no small-time project.

This is big-league stuff, people! Besides Crew, Wild Cards features lead actors like Leon, Elise Neal, Aries Spears, and Sakia Lynn Washington.

According to Deadline, Crew will be playing Theodore Sterling, a young man accused of sexually assaulting an African-American woman, portrayed by Lynn Washington. Aries Spears will take on the role of Assistant State Attorney James Jones, the fiery prosecutor on the case, facing off against Greg Sims, a seasoned defense attorney with an undefeated 25-year record.

The legendary actor Leon will play Greg Sims.

Coming to the synopsis:

It reads: As the jury weighs the evidence, their contrasting backgrounds and beliefs ignite fierce debates, amplifying the tension inside the deliberation room. Meanwhile, the emergence of a “wild card”—an enigmatic witness claiming to know the truth about the night in question—throws the case into turmoil.

Her connection to the accused and her motives add a layer of uncertainty, raising critical questions about bias, privilege, and the pursuit of justice.

“I’ve always loved legal thrillers, and I’m excited to work with this insanely talented cast to bring this piece to life,” says director Wes Miller, who’s best known for A Day to Die.

“For me, it examines the discourse in our country and says more about what we can do together than apart, wrapped in a fast-paced, commercially viable thriller.”

Wild Cards is still in pre-production, but it’s safe to say we’re counting down the days until Crew takes this role to the big screen. If his soap-stealing performances are anything to go by, he’s about to own this role—and we are so ready to watch him crush it!

As for his role on B&B?

There has been no official word from him, but we’re pretty sure he’ll just be taking a little break and then coming right back as the fan-favorite Will. I mean, he can definitely pull double duty, don’t you think?
