General Hospital spoilers for Monday, November 4th, predict that Holly Sutton will have a heart-to-heart talk with Robert Scorpio. Holly will admit that she has done terrible things and that things have gone too far. What Robert is concerned about at the moment is why Holly covered up that Sasha Gilmore is Robert’s. Of course, Holly still won’t tell the truth; she can only bow her head and apologize.
After that, Robert almost has the DNA test results in hand and will soon go to Sasha to announce the truth. Once again, Sasha will not be able to accept this. Of course, Sasha does not want to become Cody Bell’s sister. Many predictions suggest that Robert is also a liar and that Sasha’s biological father is still a mystery. This means Robert may have changed the results of WSB’s DNA test to protect Sasha with Holly.
Meanwhile, many doctors gather in Sam McCall’s hospital room; their last attempt has failed, and Sam has stopped breathing. Then Lulu Spencer wakes up, and Laura Collins is really happy. But Laura will soon feel guilty when she learns of Sam’s death. She did not expect things to turn out so badly, especially since Sam was healthy before the liver donation.
Dante Falconer will also receive the tragic news when Alexis Davis speaks through tears about her daughter’s death. Rocco Falconer overhears everything and understands that Sam died saving his mother, Lulu. The realization torments Rocco, and he blames himself. Dante will try to reassure Rocco, explaining that he too feels at fault for not stopping Sam from undergoing the surgery.
Dante then quickly realizes that someone tampered with Sam’s IV bag—Sam may have died because someone injected poison. Sonny Corinthos will also learn this truth, which drives him to help Dante investigate who caused Sam’s death. Knowing that waiting for the PCPD to investigate will take too long, Sonny decides to use his mob connections to investigate himself. Dante, however, worries that this investigation might lead Sonny to commit a crime, and he doesn’t want to see Sonny go to jail for helping him.
Elsewhere, Georgie Spinelli has negative thoughts. She thinks she is too grown-up to participate in Halloween. Of course, Damien Spinelli will be there to comfort his daughter, and Maxie Jones will also join Spinelli in giving advice. But both will face more challenges when Georgie starts asking difficult questions. On the surface, however, Spinelli, Maxie, and Georgie appear to be almost like a real family, and many predictions suggest that Spinelli and Maxie will eventually get married again.
Drew Cain will also be heartbroken when he learns that Sam has passed away. Carly Spencer becomes Drew’s main support at this point, though he still feels partly to blame. Drew will also reassure his daughter, Scout Cain. Of course, Scout needs her mother and will struggle with the loss of her mother forever.
Speaking of Sam’s other son, Danny Morgan, he will also need support. Jason will comfort Danny, who, being older and more understanding than Scout, will take Jason’s advice to heart and be willing to help Scout through the pain.
Finally, Molly Lansing-Davis and Kristina Corinthos-Davis will put aside their differences and grieve Sam’s death together. They find it difficult to accept the reality of her passing, so they go to their mother, Alexis, who hugs her daughters as they all cry, facing this loss as a family. After this, Sam’s funeral will officially take place.
