Gabi’s Days of Our Lives Daughter Has Done a *Lot* of Growing Up! Meet the New Arianna Horton

Gabi’s daughter is finally coming home on Days of Our Lives! Arianna Horton (for those who don’t know, she’s Gabi’s daughter with Will) will soon be popping up on our screens in May for a story arc that’s set to last several months

Arianna, for those who weren’t watching back in the day, was named after her aunt (played at one time by Lindsay Hartley), who tragically died after being hit by a car. This Arianna, Digest reports, will be played by Marissa Reyes as a teenager. Reyes is a daytime newbie, but folks will likely recognize her from acting alongside Kate Hudson in Netflix’s hit comedy Running Point.

When we last saw her in 2022, Gabi (played at the time by Camila Banus) was still with Li — and Arianna, who was played then by Lane Rosa, was looking a lot younger! The show has clearly SORASed (Soap Opera Rapid Aging Syndrome) the now-young woman, but since her parents were still teens when she was conceived, it’s not a huge jump.

Will and Gabi, folks may remember, conceived her in a one-night stand, not long after graduating high school. The teens had been dating, only for Gabi to dump Will when he kept refusing to get intimate. Eventually, he figured out he was gay — thanks to the very out and confident Sonny — but struggled to accept it.

And as these things go in soap operas, that struggle resulted in the one night stand where Arianna was conceived! By the time she was born, Will had come out and begun dating Sonny, while Gabi had moved on with Nick. Eventually, though, things fell apart with Nick (who has an entire tragic story of his own) and Gabi moved in with Sonny and Will to raise Arianna together.

When Gabi was sent off to prison after killing Nick, “WilSon” took over raising Arianna on their own, and they’ve more or less been doing it ever since. (Give or take Will’s “dead” period.) Little Ari even moved to Arizona with the couple, and later New Zealand, though she always remained in touch with her mom.

And now, we’ll finally be meeting her as a young woman for the first time! Hopefully, by the time Ari comes home, Gabi will be clear of all this EJ shooting mess. And hopefully she’ll still have a job, since Philip and Xander swiped her company out from under her along with DiMera.
