B&B’s Saint Lawrence FIRED after Vicious Rumors – Actor Reacts

Sometimes, people just don’t know when to quit—and Bold and Beautiful star Lawrence Saint-Victor has had enough. After rumors started crossing the line, he finally stepped up to shut them down once and for all. Watch till the end if you want to know all about it!

Hey everyone, welcome to Tren Street! Celebrity rumors are nothing new, right? Stars get wrapped up in wild gossip all the time, and sometimes it’s so ridiculous they can’t help but fire back—and we’re absolutely here for it when they do. The latest clapback comes from none other than The Bold and the Beautiful star Lawrence Saint-Victor. It turns out he had a few things to set straight, and he didn’t hold back.

For those who don’t know, The Bold and the Beautiful fans might recognize Lawrence as Carter Walton, the guy who’s always tangled up in some love triangle or another. But what some might not realize is that Saint-Victor is also a writer for the show. He’s been putting pen to paper—or more likely, fingers to keyboard—for B&B scripts since 2015, just a few years after he joined the cast. It’s not every day you see an actor double-dipping as a writer on their own show, so hats off to Lawrence for that.

Recently, a fan decided to let loose on social media, calling out Lawrence for writing storylines just to give himself steamy scenes. Yep, you read that right—this fan accused him of scripting his own romantic scenes just so he could cozy up to all the actresses. Lawrence had some serious side-eye for that accusation and decided enough was enough.

Normally, he’d let these kinds of comments slide, but when this fan started questioning his integrity, that was the last straw. He clapped back on Twitter, writing:
“I don’t usually respond, but you’re calling my integrity into question. I, as a writer, have no control over the story or what Carter does or doesn’t do.”

He added:
“I’ve seen a few of your ignorant remarks about me. They’re insulting. You’re free to post what you want, but don’t tag me.”

But that wasn’t quite the end of it. After some of the tweets he was responding to either vanished or got restricted, Lawrence decided to come back with more context:
“For everyone watching, here’s some context about my response to a fan yesterday,” he posted. “I was accused of using the power they think I have as a writer to write myself into love scenes so I can kiss all the actresses. That’s an insulting statement, and I wish not to be tagged in comments like those.”

Clearly, he wanted to make sure everyone knew just how absurd the accusation was.

For fans of daytime TV, Lawrence’s response might bring back some fond memories. He made his soap debut on Guiding Light as Remy Boudreau from 2006 to 2009, where he showed off his acting chops and even dipped his toes into the world of web series. He co-created Wedlocked with his GL co-star Carla Mosley-Christina, who later joined him on B&B as Maya Avant.

By the time B&B executive producer and head writer Bradley Bell invited Lawrence to join the writing team, he already had some storytelling experience under his belt. Plus, as a scriptwriter, Lawrence doesn’t control the big plot points. He doesn’t decide who kisses who or which characters get tangled up in the show’s signature love triangles. His job is to write scripts based on storyline ideas created by the show’s head writer and producers, which is basically soap opera protocol.

As Lawrence explained to Woman’s World, writing for the show is pretty exciting and lets him work closely with Bradley Bell to see his creative ideas unfold. He shared:
“I get to work closely with Brad and hear his ideas and his vision, and then work with the writers and write. As an actor, you’re usually the last one to get it, but as part of the writing team, you’re part of creating the thing that they’re doing on set every day. It’s so fulfilling.”

So not only does he act on the show, but he’s also an important part of creating the content we see on screen. No wonder he was bothered by the idea that he’d misuse his role for personal gains.

Saint-Victor didn’t let this little drama overshadow the love and support he received from genuine fans, though. After his tweet, fans flooded the comments with messages of encouragement, standing up for him and showing their appreciation for his work. He later thanked everyone for their love and support—and hey, it’s good to know he’s just as fiery as the character he plays on screen.
