Ridge is enjoying intimate moments with Taylor, completely indifferent to Brooke. He gives Taylor a special gift, followed by a romantic dinner together, solidifying their image as a true couple.
Meanwhile, Brooke sleeps in despair and heartbreak, knowing all too well what Ridge is doing with Taylor. She has no way to prove her worth to Ridge and can only watch helplessly as he finds happiness with Taylor.
However, within the Forrester family, there is still one person who doesn’t hate Brooke and even continues to trust her—Eric. Eric has always believed in Brooke, and after learning about her plans, he feels Ridge should give her another chance.
Eric, however, is disappointed to see Ridge immediately turn to Taylor, leaving Brooke in despair. As a result, Eric decides to support and comfort Brooke, spending more time with her as he sees her suffering. Given their history as a couple, there is speculation about whether Brooke and Eric might cross the line again.
Spoilers suggest Ridge will be shocked to discover Brooke and Eric together, which could deepen his anger toward Brooke even further.
