Brook is deeply heartbroken over Rich’s betrayal and now even sees him as a traitor. She still loves Rich dearly and will soon attempt to explain to him her reason for becoming CEO.
However, Rich would not easily believe her. He assumes Brook is merely lying to calm his anger. As a result, the relationship between Rich and Brook will continue to face major issues, and they will remain apart for the time being.
Some viewers, however, are frustrated with Rich’s actions, believing he doesn’t deserve Brook. They question why Brook should pursue someone as indecisive as him and want to see her with another man.
But currently, Brook is in a secret relationship with Luna, so he won’t be returning to Brook. With no one else in town suitable for her, the only options are introducing a completely new character or bringing back someone from Brook’s past.
The most prominent suggestion is Nick, as fans are eager to see him return. Surely, Rich will be filled with jealousy and anger if he sees Nick back and by Brook’s side.
