Just as we thought things were starting to heat up again, two of the major players are leaving town — and it’s none other than Sharon and Nick.
And with Noah still missing from Scream, will these three even come back? Let’s find out right away.
First of all, can we all just take a moment to acknowledge how rough the past year has been for Sharon?
Like seriously, this woman’s been through the ringer. She’s been drugged, kidnapped — not once, not twice, but we’ve honestly lost count — and framed.
And love’s not in her favor either, and don’t even get us started on that whole Heather drama.
Watching Sharon cry week after week was exhausting for us — so imagine living it!
Poor girl probably spent most of 2024 in tears.
And let’s not forget Nick.
It’s not like he had it any easier. He’s been in superhero mode non-stop — either protecting the family or fighting to clear Sharon’s name.
Back in 2023 we had Cameron causing chaos, Faith getting kidnapped…
Then in 2024, he was playing referee between Phyllis and Sharon.
And just when he thought things might calm down, Ian shows up and throws everything into high gear again.
And just when we thought things were finally calming down — surprise! Sharon got kidnapped again.
And this time, she took Phyllis along for the ride. Seriously, this woman needs a break and a bodyguard.
But now that the storm’s mostly passed, things are finally settling down — well, sort of.
After all that chaos, it makes total sense that Sharon would want to hit pause and breathe.
So what does she do?
She books it to London to visit her long-lost son Noah.
Remember him? Yeah, he’s been off the radar for a hot minute.
Then came the twist we didn’t see coming — Nick asking if there’s room for one more on that London trip.
Yep, he pulled the surprise “I’m coming too” move in the latest episode.
And honestly? We loved it.
I mean, can you believe all this and we still haven’t got Shick back?
Anyways, Nick’s missing Noah too — and let’s face it, they both seriously need a vacation.
Now of course, this has fans buzzing.
With both Sharon and Nick heading out of Genoa City, fans can’t help but wonder:
Are Sharon Case and Joshua Morrow stepping away from Y&R for good?
Thankfully — it’s not permanent.
They’re just taking a little breather, both in the storyline and in real life.
Nick even said he wouldn’t be gone long — just a few days, which means Joshua Morrow will probably be offscreen for about 2 weeks max.
As for Sharon?
Looks like she might be chilling in London for a bit longer — which has us thinking Case might be taking a short break from the show too.
And hey — maybe she won’t be coming back alone.
Could this London getaway mean we’ll finally see Noah (played by Rory Gibson) return to GC?
We hope so.
Fans have been asking for the whole Newman family to reunite, and this would be the perfect opportunity to bring Noah back into the mix.
Now the big question:
Will anything change between Sharon and Nick while they’re away?
Could London spark something between them again?
We know we’re still waiting for that Shick reunion — seriously, how long are they going to make us wait?
Maybe this vacation is just what they need to reconnect.
