Y&R’s Leading Ladies Take a Fitness Class at the GCAC Leading Up to 13,000th Episode Celebration
Lauralee Bell, is back with another social media video featuring members of the cast of The Young and the Restless. This time several of the series leading ladies take a fitness class together at the GCAC in what marks Bell’s second of three videos commemorating the show’s upcoming 13,000th episode airing November 13th.
With 13 days till the 13,000 milestone, the class features: Christine Blair (Bell), Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (portrayed by Tracey Bregman), Victoria Newman (portrayed by Amelia Heinle), Sally Spectra (portrayed by Courtney Hope), Elena Dawson (portrayed by Brytni Sarpy), and Phyllis Summers (portrayed by Michelle Stafford) who all have signed up for a cardio class. If you watch closely, seems like Elizabeth Hendrickson (Chloe Mitchell) may be a tad too late to join in on the fun.
Once again, Lauralee Bell produced, directed, wrote and shot the video. Bell recruited her grade and middle school (Chicago’s The Latin School) chum and fitness expert Jonathan DePaz to lead the fitness group.

Lauralee shared on her latest creation, “We’re doing something different this time, instead of a behind the scenes video, we created a day in the life video with the characters you see on the show interacting in the world of Genoa City. Do you have the strength to join us?”
In her IG post, Bell expressed along with the video, “Okay so play along with us… 💪 t’s as if our characters in Genoa City were actually taking a workout class at the Genoa City Athletic Club (GCAC) Cricket & Phyllis might not workout next to eachother but remember… we’re just playing!! Hope you enjoy! 🎆🎶 #katyperry #justhavingalittlefunyr #girlpower Thank you especially to @jt_depaz_energie for the routine and leading us. Fun Fact Jonathan and I went to grade and middle school together! He’s been a figure skater performer at the Olympics, was Aladdin in Disney on Ice and creator/owner of DePaz fitness centers! Thank you @mattykane1 for helping to make this possible as you make everything happen! And thank you for helping us film this in record time! @rckandorroll @jordie.kaler @charleutteses”

Recently, Bell began to create Instagram videos taking fans of The Young and the Restless behind-the-scenes. She wants to thank them for 51 years of loyalty to the show that her late parents, William J. Bell and Lee Phillip Bell, created.
The music in the video is to Katy Perry’s hit song, Firework, and as Y&R fans may recall Perry actually appeared on the soap opera back in 2008.
